What are my rights after termination of the agreement?

My employer rewrote the company to someone else and had me sign a notice of termination, I have not yet signed it and at the same time I got a new employment contract under a new employer, which I do not like, because it is only part-time and I do not know what to do with it. Advise on what I have the right to severance pay, etc. I have been working in the company for 3 years and they have never paid me a holiday. thanks for the anwers
