facial facial muscles have stopped working

My son is on vacation abroad and after diving his ear started to hurt and now his facial muscles are failing my eyebrows and mouth for crooked and rotten eye, the hotel doctor gave him 18 pills a day, the pain stopped but the facial muscles continue to deteriorate please help will be there for another 4 days!

Well, I would not underestimate the symptoms you describe. If this is indeed the case, and your son does not have any supplementary insurance that would allow him to visit a real specialist in the hospital, not just a hotel doctor, then I would like him to end his vacation and return home quickly. I would be very scared.
