Dissatisfaction, depression?

For the last two or three months, I have felt that I am not satisfied. I was always cheerful and optimistic, I rejoiced in the little things. but lately I feel that I don't want anything, I'm not happy about anything, and even if it improves a bit, everything will fall apart again like a house of cards. Does anyone also have such a condition, or what may be the cause?
