When you don't heat in the barracks, do you drain water during the summer? Then won't the pipes cut from the inside?

Answer :

Quite the opposite. If you drain the heating water after the heating season, there is a high probability that the pipes rust (air access) and after refilling, the scales peel off, which can clog the circulation pump and others.
