What to do when inverter battery is fully discharged?

Answer :

If the inverter battery is fully discharged then the inverter or UPS should put to OFF position and charge the inverter for enough time before putting it ON again.  If the inverter is unable to charge the battery then you may charge it using another charger or inverter. Then connect it back again.
