Estimation of real estate by the executor

Hello, someone can not advise how to arrange with the executor not to make an estimate of my apartment .... I have an execution which is gradually deducted from my salary, and now that there is a debt of 30,500 CZK, I received a letter that the executor requires a real estate estimate so he can offer it for sale .... Does anyone know what to do with it ?? Insolvency and bankruptcy are out of the question for me because I don't owe anything else .... I'm just interested in that estimate because the execution will increase again by about 10,000. Please someone will advise .... It's ex. Plzeň Office, ex Prošek.
