Jammed Samsung Galaxy A3

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy A3. I was charging it today and suddenly it got stuck. I tried to turn it off - nothing. The screen is lit, only the cell phone is totally stuck. Any advice / tips? thanks in advance

I also have the same problem - Samsung Galaxy A3 2017; soft reset - impossible, tlf does not respond at all, hard reset WORKS - but the gain button is mentioned on the internet - which is wrong. So use a hard reset when you get stuck - press the buttons at once: 1) the WEAK button, 2) the LOCK button fig . So maybe it will serve others as well. :-)
