How to remove very strong glue from the earphone from headphones?

I glued something and a little glue dripped on my earphone earpiece (such an "eyelet" on the headphone - it got on the rubber or the skin, or whatever it is) instead, my skin tightened, put hot water, soap in it - I just got a little paint, oil, salt, lemon out of it.

I really care about those headphones and I really don't want the glue there. I also don't like the ugly scratched skin at all. Is it worth trying to fix it at all, or should I buy the same headphones from the bazaar for about 400 and replace the earpiece? I just can't get the same one anywhere and I'm afraid that if I buy another one, it won't fit there. It also occurred to me to remove the glue and the skin, turn it over and somehow glue it there. But that's probably bullshit. My headphones are Sony MDR - ZX610ap, if you are interested. The mouthpiece is so round and a blue fabric is sown on the bottom. But I probably won't find the same anywhere anywhere.
