Mystery in PC - Tablet communication

Hello I have a pretty mysterious problem when connecting a Lenovo tablet to a PC, it really makes me sick. I download videos to the tablet (via public WIFI), and then save them to an external drive via a PC. But what has happened now !!! I don't see downloaded videos when I connect my tablet to my PC! I tried everything possible, through cable replacement, drivers, specialized programs to move files ... just KO The incredible mystery has been occupying me for more than half a day ...
