Vw passat CC 3,6 FSI - the car starts to twitch when the gas is added.

Hello, does anyone have experience with this engine? When I drive slowly, a really light foot on the gas, everything is fine, but when you add gas (no big aggression, just normal acceleration), the car starts to jerk. When I step on the floor, everything's fine again. The candles are new. I tried to dismantle the candles a few times and they were clogged on the 1st and 5th cylinders, I cleaned them, put them back and for 2 weeks it was after the problem and so on. I have a tip for defective injections or coils, can someone refute it or confirm it and possibly advise me? Thanks in advance for your answer.
