I order from abroad but do I have to pay any customs duties?

I've been looking at Ebay for a long time, I also have PayPal because others use it too (they say it's good), but what I want to buy is worth about 20-22 thousand forints and, in principle, comes from China. does anyone know how customs works in this case?
