A leap year must be held every 4 years to keep our calendar in sync with the astronomical calendar. Since the earth does not orbit the earth in exactly 365 days, but in 365 and a quarter of a day, this must be compensated every 4 years with a 366-day leap year. If someone is born on that 1 extra day, they will have an official birthday every 4 years. :) But I think everyone will solve it. not to be so. By the way, this extra day enriches the 28-day February, that is, the 29-day in a leap year.
