It was like that on my old phone, but I don't remember which program it was anymore.

Hi! What version of android is it? Newer ones already know this without an application. When the screen locks, swipe up from the bottom of the phone, and a small bottom menu opens with the flashlight icon on it. (Not on a black screen, but before the screen is unlocked.)
