Unavailable phone with lock screen

Hi, I have a Lenovo P1ma40, android 5.1 phone and I have the following problem. When I'm at home, no one will call me, it will tell them that I am unavailable, I will only receive an SMS that I have missed a call (the SMS will come immediately). It probably won't be a signal, because no one has such a problem here. I tried to find that I was inaccessible when I lock my phone manually. If I let the display go out normally, it is possible to call me. Does anyone know how to solve this?
