How to Fatten Up a Dog
If your dog is looking skinny and unhealthy, there are some options for you to do to fatten your dog up. Here’s how. You can use two or three options at the same time for more effective results.

Bring your dog for a checkup. Based on the breed, age and medical history, your vet will recommend a proper way to fatten your dog. Additionally, make sure to get your dog checked for parasites or diseases, as this may be causing the weight loss.
Give your dog lots of exercise to complement its added or enriched food. This will help bulk up those muscles.

Add vegetable enzyme to your dog’s diet, specifically Prozyme. This will enable your dog to absorb more nutrients in its body.
Puppy dog food typically contains more proteins and fat than normal adult dog food. Feed your dog high-quality dog food three to four times a day.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of corn oil in your dog food per meal if your dog is still a puppy. Add 1/2 teaspoon if your dog is an adult.
A combination of canned and dry dog food can help your dog gain weight. Go for chicken, potatoes and venison.
Switch to wet canned dog food. Some dry dog food are mostly water and air, so your dog may not be getting enough nutrition from them.

Procedure
Mix all the ingredients together, as you would with meatloaf.
Divide into 10 quart freezer bags and freeze.
Mix with your regular dog food.
Feed twice a day.
Once your dog gains the required weight, wean off its regular diet gradually.
