According to the data of Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey 2011, about 42% of women are suffering from iron deficiency. That means 4 out of every 10 girls suffer from anemia. I want to know if you are one of the 4 anemic girls . Then find out the symptoms of anemia. Public health nutritionist Asfia Azim gives details. 1. Hemoglobin is one of the main constituents of blood. The function of this hemoglobin is to ensure the supply of oxygen to the body. When the body is deficient in iron, the amount of hemoglobin decreases. And low hemoglobin means that the supply of oxygen to the body is disrupted. The body feels sluggish when it receives less oxygen than it needs. There is no encouragement in anything. So if you find that you have been experiencing fatigue symptoms for some time , feeling very weak , get your blood tested according to your doctor's advice to measure your hemoglobin. 2. Lack of attention Can't pay attention to any work properly ? Do you keep moving away from class lectures or meetings ? Iron deficiency in the body causes changes in the neurotransmitter synthesis which results in a lack of attention. 3. Hope everybody enjoys hanging out with friends or eating at restaurants on holidays with family. Maybe loved to shop! Or like to spend time reading books or watching movies. Suddenly he noticed that it was not good to do any of these things. Life is getting lazy. If you can't cut Alzheimer's day after day, don't forget to measure blood hemoglobin. 4. Going from one house to another haphayera haphayera ? Or the body is no longer moving as soon as the stairs are broken up to the second floor. When there is a lack of iron in the blood, the body gets dehydrated due to not meeting the required oxygen requirement. 5. The appearance of dirty skin is decreasing day by day. The skin is not shining like before. The main cause of dry dirty skin is lack of red blood cells in the body. When the amount of red blood cells in the body is low, the radiance of the skin is lost very quickly. . Muscle Inertia When iron is deficient, the normal contraction of the muscles is hampered. This results in muscle tension due to little exercise or sudden overwork. And the muscles hurt. . Fragile nails , whether the body is deficient in iron , can be understood by noticing the nails. Nails become thin and brittle due to anemia. Many nails tend to bend like a spoon. It is also a common symptom of iron deficiency. . Sickness is often another cause of anemia. From minor colds to coughs to respiratory illnesses, iron deficiency is one of the main causes. It is worth mentioning here that if these symptoms are the same in a boy, then it must be understood that he also has iron deficiency. Remedy If iron deficiency in the body is very serious , a doctor should be consulted. Treatment varies according to the severity of the anemia. If you have mild anemia , it is recommended to eat balanced , iron-rich and vitamin C-rich foods. However, in some cases the treatment of anemia is not complete with just food and diet. In addition to diet , the doctor provides iron and folic acid tablets. Blood is given to the patient especially in cases of severe anemia. Therefore, like all other diseases, prevention is better than cure in case of anemia. Prevention The role of animal proteins in filling iron deficiency is remarkable. 'Redmeat' is the best source of iron. As well as the liver , egg yolks are equally effective in preventing anemia. Iron is also found in kachushak and kanchakala in plant foods . Watermelon and cauliflower data also contain a lot of iron. However, if you want to get iron from vegetable foods, you have to eat vitamin C's along with vegetables or coffee. Nutritionists say that in order to make the most of the iron in your diet , you need to eat vitamin C-rich foods such as guava , amalki , batabilebu , orange, etc. This is because vitamin C helps the body absorb iron from vegetable sources very well.
