1. Salt water Salt water is an easy and cheap way to get rid of cold and phlegm. Salt removes phlegm from the respiratory tract. Mix one teaspoon of salt with one glass of lukewarm water. Rinse with it two or three times a day. 2. The yellow curcumin ingredient in turmeric removes phlegm and mucus from the chest and reduces chest pain quickly. Its anti-inflammatory ingredients help relieve sore throat , chest pain. Mix a pinch of turmeric powder in a glass of lukewarm water. Rinse daily with it. Also mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk and add fuel. Mix two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of chilli powder with it. Drink this milk two to three times a day. 3. Lemon and honey Mix one teaspoon of honey in lemon water and drink it. Honey helps to destroy respiratory bacteria. It even clears the throat by removing phlegm from the chest. 4. Ginger Mix one tablespoon of ginger powder in one water. Now cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes. Bolak actually put a little honey in it. Drink this drink three times a day. Also mix one teaspoon of ginger powder , chilli powder , and clove powder with milk or honey. Now drink this mixture thrice a day. If you want, you can chew a piece of ginger in your mouth. Ginger juice will help to clear the phlegm of the chest. 5. Mix equal amount of onion juice , lemon juice , honey and water and put it in the oven. Remove when slightly hot. Drink lukewarm water three to four times a day. You can also eat small pieces of onion. . Apple cider vinegar Mix two teaspoons of pure apple cider vinegar in one cup of lukewarm water. Mix one teaspoon of honey with it. Drink this drink two or three times a day. Drink one or two weeks. You will see that the cough in the chest has decreased a lot.
