The difference between neurosis with a psychiatric psychosis is hallucinations and delusions in neurosis. These two symptoms do not exist. Neurosis originates primarily from the subconscious conflict between the instincts of basic instincts and the forces that control them. In fact, it is this controlling force that predominates in neurosis. And Sigmund Freud thought that psychosis was different from the psychological reality of patients. In reality, however, the dimensional difference between psychosis and neurosis is small. Patients with psychosis suffer from both hallucinations and delusions.
