As far as we know, in the calendar of every sahri and iftar schedule , the time is written with caution two / one minutes back and forth. For example , if the actual time of sunset is at 6:40 , then the warning written on the calendar is 8:42. That will be your fast. Note that it is mustahab to break the fast at sunset without delay. According to the hadith , لا يزال الناس بخير ما عجلوا الفطر As long as people break their fast at sunset without delay, they will be on welfare. (Sahih Bukhari 1/273)
