Husband's duty towards unveiled and disobedient wife. The veil is the command of Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Therefore, it is obligatory on every man and woman to observe this provision. This provision is for the purpose of maintaining the love and affection of husband and wife along with the attainment of welfare in the Hereafter and to make marital life happy and peaceful. If a woman, out of ignorance , opposes the veil which is beneficial for her, does not cover the veil and does not obey her husband's word , then she will be disobedient to Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) and her husband. In this case, the husband will explain to the wife as much as possible. Religious books will be read in this regard. Separate the bed in the same room if necessary to warn the wife. Even if it does not work, light rule can be given. Even then, if the wife does not come to the right path , then the decision has to be made by two religious scholars on both sides. It will benefit inshaAllah. If for some reason it does not help, then in order to save oneself and one's child from the evils of the religious world, while the wife is pure from menstruation and the husband refrains from behaving kindly with her , he will give only one divorce according to the Shari'ah. Bain etc. will not say , so that if the wife repents and accepts the religion , all the way to accept her a second time is open. It is to be noted that fatwas are issued in our country after divorce. This is the wrong method. The correct rule is to first take a fatwa from the Haqqani Muftis on the legality of divorce and act accordingly. Note that it is haraam to divorce in a state of anger , but if someone divorces in this state, the divorce will fall. In the same way, three divorces will fall together. Many people think that not only oral divorce but also written divorce is a proof of ignorance about Sharia. Because , oral divorce also falls. After divorcing the disobedient wife helplessly, it is the duty of the husband to arrange for the marriage of a woman with a veiled veil. Because , for a religious person, a religious person should be a veiled wife. It is impossible to live with dignity and expect a good child from her by having a family with a veiled wife. (Ma'ariful Quran , 2/399) Moreover, it is the duty of the husband to arrange the veil of the wife. If the husband continues to do housework with such a veiled woman, then the husband must be responsible. Irshad has matured in the hadith - be careful! You are all responsible. And you will all be asked about your responsibilities. In the last part of this hadith , a man is responsible for his family. So he will be asked about that. Write , it is the husband's responsibility to prevent all members of the family from being unveiled and all kinds of wickedness , otherwise the husband will be considered as a daisy.
