Memory card memory depends on the number of bits . The number of bits depends on the scale on which the GATE is being created. If GATE is created on a small scale then the number of bits will increase which means memory will increase. And if GATE is created on a large scale then the number of bits will decrease which means memory will decrease. But in both cases the size of the memory card is the same.
