Answer :

Yup, it's called grass rot, which is caused by an infection.  Mix 1 tblsp. of honey with 6 oz of milk and 1/2 gal of water, and pour the mixture around the base of the infected plant.  That should do the trick, and you will see results within a couple of weeks. -Birdy
