Answer :

If it's on the blossom end of the tomato it is probably due to "blossom end rot."  It's usually caused by a lack of calcium.  Try crumbling some Tums that contain calcium around the plant and water in or use a calcium supplement.  Many times the problem will correct itself after the rapid growth of the plant slows a bit.  Also, there are sprays that can be used on the flowers.
