you can rinse them gently in a colinder dripping them in 1/2 teasp vinegar and 1 gallon of water.......................and after the sun goes down have mixed a batch of 1 teasp liquid hand soap & 1 qt water spray and spray on again if you see them....get under the leaves and spray again after it rains.  If you don't see a slimmy trail it is some kind of worm
