I have a lucky bamboo plant so hopefully this will help. I am thinking you havent changed the water in you plant. My plant is in a simple jar with rocks. Not sure if yours is in dirt or rocks but if its in rocks, take it out and look at the roots 1st. They should be kind of red. if not then your plant is not very healthy. Changing the water will help out almost instantly. If using tap water, let it set over night before adding the new water. Letting the water set out let any carbons and such go out. I usually use rain water. If using rain water, bring it inside and let it warm up a little. Lucky bamboo do not like cold water. Hope this helps
