Use a culivator and that will dig & grind the rest of the roots.............just investigate where the electric wires go & pipes in & out..............and just rake them up and trash them. WATCH OUT FOR POISON IVY & OAK...................wear gloves, long old shirt and long pants and heavy socks & old sneakers..........that way you can throw everything in the wash with lestoil & hot water............
