Last Answer : I had chronic diarrhea about two years ago and the doctor recommended that as a possible remedy. Did nothing. I got them from Costco (doctor’s recommendation since the ones at Costco have some extra stuff in them) and so I returned them to Costco. I probably took them for a month before stopping.
