I attended Devry University for a year back in the 90s. They had a walkway that cut both right across and above the cafeteria. On this walkway, they had these pillers that were enclosed by a metal siding. As I walked across the walkway, I was dutifully looking down at everyone in the cafeteria, and thinking to myself, this is the most crowded I have ever seen it. As I was looking down, I also was not looking forward, and I walked right into one of those beams. The metal made this loud ding noise like a bell, and I knocked myself to the ground. When I got up, just about everyone was looking up at my dumbass, laughing. Yeap, good times.
