Yes, you need an app. Get the Greasemonkey script for Firefox, and use this if you want to automatically convert HQ clips to use in your iPod/iPhone. without having to get another program to convert flv to mp4. Downloadhelper only pulls the clip out in flv format. You’d need a conversion program after that.
