If you are referring to the app made by Song Zhang, there have been several updates to the app since your date of question. Perhaps you could update the app & reinstall it.

What eventually worked for me was formatting the card IN THE MAC ... your pictures off, it will delete all of your pictures in fact, but it might work moving forward ;-P
