Is it unpacking to locally attached storage or a network share? If it’s a network share, could there be something bottle-necking on the other end? If it’s locally, are you sure the drive is good? Also, not entirely sure what you mean by unpacking a torrent, but I’ll assume that you either mean uncompressing a torrented file, or simply downloading something via a torrent, in either case my questions are still valid. If you mean simply downloading, make sure the torrent is even being seeded, too. Good luck!
