Answer :

O Organics might not be wholly owned by safeway. They could just have had a joint licensing agreement. I say this because I always thought Method was a Target-owned brand, but they signed a deal with Target that allowed Target exclusivity for a few years on thei products, which are now popping up everywhere in awesome Karim Rashid-designed packaging. Just a thought.
