Answer :

Do you mean the on the mail program on your mac? I don’t know if there is a way to only show the last 100, but what you can do is go to preferences, then accounts, then advanced , and under “Keep copies for offline viewing” Select “don’t keep copies of any messages”. That will keep it from downloading them to your computer, but you can still access them from the server. Hope that helps!
