Do you have your avatar saved on your computer? If so, click on your current avatar. On the page that comes up, there should be an edit button right under your avatar. When you click it, there is an opportunity to “upload a new avatar image.” Click “browse,” find the image on your computer, and click “upload.” If that doesn’t work, I would contact the administrators, because that means there’s a glitch. Good luck! :)
