My mother wshed her hand at least ten times a day ; and she was never sick with a cold or flue at all of her 79 years… Her doctor attriburted it to her washingher hands so often…. DON’t stop washing your hands ; just get yourself some moisturising hand lotion with aloe in it ..and wsh away….
