Can moderators only give automated responses?

1 Answer

Answer :

[mod says] Sometimes it takes a bit of time before anyone sees and/or responds to the moderation emails, but we reply as quickly as we can. We can give personal responses, as I’ve recently done with your question. You should have received that by now, did you not get it? As for the chatroom/phone issue, I wasn’t even aware of that! I’ll pass along your questions about it to the powers that be. Hopefully somebody will pop in and answer those for you. :)
