answer:Here is one supplier. I have also gotten replacement parts off Ebay. Here is a search. I have never used this dealer but it may be worth a try. I would email the dealers with your weight requirements and I am sure they can help you find the right replacement. Good luck with your restoration! Cuckoo clocks are wonderful!
