I know that generally speaking the first one can take longer than usual as they are getting everything set up. Does your bank acknowledge a pending deposit at all? If not I would go over all of your information with the sender to be sure that they got all of the information correct. Then I would have them check to be sure that their bank has all the correct information as well. How long has this deposit been in the process of happening?
