I don’t know how to make it, but they used to give free fried ice cream out at Chi Chi’s if it was your birthday. That was the only reason why I went there. The crispy outside had like… cinnamon, brown sugar, and white sugar on it and it was drizzled with chocolate syrup and the ice cream on the inside was vanilla. It was always my favorite dessert as a kid. =] Oh, and huge dollops of whipped cream around the plate.
