answer:Well, from what I understand the FDA still cautions that people should not dye their eyebrows or eyelashes because it can injure the eye. I do dye mine when I dye my hair, but I am going darker, going lighter is probably more tricky. If you bleach it, you could probably use the stuff they sell for lightening lip hair like Jolen http://www.google.com/products?q=jolen&rls=com.microsoft:*:IE-SearchBox&oe=UTF-8&rlz=1I7DAUS_en&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=oSwsTKTWMYK78gbe5YWODg&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&ct=title&resnum=3&ved=0CDQQrQQwAg and if it gets too light or too red, you can dye it back darker or use a pencil daily to get it to the color you want. I used to use Jolen when my highlights grew out to retouch my roots, it is thick like a paste. Meanwhile, I am not recommending anything, and I have never tried that product on my eyebrow, and again remember the dangers of getting any of this in your eyes. Even the fumes might be irritating. But, if I had to guess those are my suggestions. Maybe someone else will know of a different product. And, by the way, there is nothing really wrong with having darker eyebrows, eyebrows help frame the eyes and the face and add drama. Blonds have brown eyebrows many times.
