My three year old granddaughter is the same way. The only way I have found to stop the chain of whys is 1. Put the question back to them by asking why do You think? 2. Be sure not to answer the first question too deeply, they really want a simple answer, not the full text book answer. When you answer too specificly that leads to more whys. Good luck!
