answer:There’s never an easy answer. In many families the non-custodial parent has the child all holidays. Sharing holidays is a good compromise. With skype, facebook, and telephones, they child won’t be too lonely. I assume the father is hiring a sitter for his work days. Some companies give parental leave for those days.
