answer:If you paid through paypal or a credit card, you can contact them about receiving a refund. From experience, paypal is a pain to deal with on this sort of thing, but your credit card company will general refund very easily unless it becomes a pattern. If you sent cash or a check it gets tougher unless for some reason the check hasn’t cleared, in which case you can cancel it with your bank. If the seller also runs a company of some sort selling their items, the better business bureau could be helpful as could Etsy themselves (here and then “Report a Problem” section) although they are definitely geared towards the sellers more than the buyers unfortunately. If there’s any chance of just working it out with them, that’s always the easiest but I completely understand it can be frustrating feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. If none of the above help out, I’d go ahead and leave the negative feedback with a hopeful tone and see if the seller responds to that. Something along the lines of “After two months I’ve never received the item but would really love to have it, reluctantly leaving negative feedback as I haven’t heard from the seller recently” It may move things forward more quickly and you can make changes later if they come through on their end. Of course as a last resort you can always a find a Jelly enforcer in their area to go do some “convincing” if they give you any lip. Good luck.
