answer:I had a new spa cover custom made a year ago January. Within the first 3 months it had a couple of small tears and was sagging in the middle. The company that made it didn’t offer a warranty after the 1st 30 days, sooo, it’s holding it’s own, but…I am not at all impressed with the workmanship. Live and learn. I won’t be using that company ever again.
