answer:Is he neutered? Neutering will help with territory marking. Is he well-exercised? Pugs don’t need really long walks, but regular outside play will help stop the in-house peeing. Crate training also works wonders. If your husband still insists that the dog live outside if it doesn’t stop, please consider having the dog re-homed. Outside is NOT a safe option for a dog like a Pug.
