answer:I have found very little before but not nothing…yet. At first that may sound disappointing, but I am referring to your question about finding nothing and as far as I know the best was to do that is to meditate. A couple times I was down to very little going on in and around me and it was quite interesting and also created a bit of a quandary for me as the less noise in my mind the more interesting I found the sensation. So in that sense less is more but at the same time I could see how it just might be possible to be completely void of thought, sounds and distractions and find nothing.
