Let me clarify the job differences; The City job means I work for the City of Blah and the benefits are way better and free, I’d be getting more than 1 week of vacation, my work hours would be cut from 60 to 36! The pay would be cut but we’d be ok. Overall on paper it’s a no brainer, but my emotional ties are weighing me down.
