How to think like a civilized person when you are angry?

1 Answer

Answer :

answer:Sorry about your pain. As for why you might not want to go over and punch the guy – there are a bunch of reasons: 1. It’s weak. Yep. Real weak. 2. It is not going to help you. 3. It’s immoral. 4. Did I mention that it’s not going to help you? You seem to have some insight already on this. You know it is not to your advantage. But it seems that you don’t feel you’re strong enough to handle this like a man. My suggestion is that you start making yourself strong enough. Think of it like lifting weights. There are steps you can take to make your mind strong enough to be able to handle this without having a tantrum. I’m not going to go over the specifics of your case, but I think you know you may have some internal “weight lifting” to do to make yourself stronger. I would recommend meditation for starters. Therapy might also be be helpful.
