Release of updated Android 4.0.2 does not mean the carrier (Vodafone) has “pushed” the update to your Galaxy Nexus. I’ve had similar issues with Android on Verizon Wireless in the USA, I was having a reoccurring problem with my smartphone. Verizon Wireless had to “push” the update to me to fix the problem.
