answer:My Mother In Law makes the best short ribs in the world. She takes a large pot, adds a jar of Prego Tomato Sauce, and adds extra chopped onion, diced peppers, and garlic. Place four or five pounds of short ribs and cook on low heat for about an hour or two. This is served with Jewish potato pancakes, apple sauce, cooked green beans, mixed salad and rye bread.
